Position Overview
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, business development, negotiation, deal closure, and post-sales support.
- Provide pre- and post-sales supportand updates on new products or solutions.
- Proactively pursue new projects/sales within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address client feedback, technical inquiries, and ensure solutions meet their requirements and expectations.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare reports on leads, opportunities, sales activities, and pipelines.
- Ensure responsive follow-up and clear communication with clients.
- Handle service-related issues, delays, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain organized documentation of client interactions and services provided.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
