Technical Sales Engineer – Finland (Field-Based)

Salary: €70,000 – €100,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Excellent Benefits

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical sales or engineering environment
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
• Ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders
• Experience managing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities
• Full driving licence
• Fluent in Finnish and English
• Mechanical engineering qualification or technical apprenticeship
• Knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, reliability engineering, or maintenance environments is a benefit but not required
