An opportunity has arisen for an Application Engineer to join Rubix. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the current sales team within a technical application engineer role. The geographical area required being Scotland West & Central and additionally Northeast England . Knowledge of the Aerospace, Oil & Gas & Automotive industries and their relevant components and materials is vital. A good knowledge of cutting tools and programming strategies is also required, however training will be provided on products supplied by various suppliers. The ideal candidate will have had experience of working within an engineering environment and has experience of working on their own initiative. CNC programming knowledge is also preferred.
