Position Overview
Job Description - Industry/ Organization Type: Hardware Supplier
- Position Title: Technical Sales Coordinator
- Working Location: Pioneer
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm; Sat, 8:30am – 12:30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team for hardware products including bolts, nuts, and fastening components.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, logistics, and procurement to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and product specifications in the system.
