We work with Direct Clients, MSP-managed programs and leading VMS platforms, and are growing our India-based recruiting team to support U.S. hiring operations. THE ROLE You will own full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placements sourcing and submitting qualified candidates across Pharma/Biotech, Medical devices, IT, Engineering, Semiconductor, and Manufacturing functions. WHAT YOU'LL DO Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter platform, Indeed, and other major job boards. Engage passive talent through Boolean and X-ray search.
