JOB DESCRIPTION

Role : Technical Recruiter (UK Hiring Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with UK hiring exposure
• Strong understanding of UK employment practices, sourcing channels, and hiring compliance
• Hands-on experience recruiting for roles such as Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA, Data Engineers, etc.
• Familiarity with UK job boards (e.g., Reed, Totaljobs, CV-Library) and global platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Knowledge of visa types (Tier 2, Skilled Worker visa, etc.) is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
