**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in technical program management.
+ Experience in software development lifecycle, product development processes, and project management methodologies.
+ Experience managing and delivering cross-functional technical programs from initiation through launch.
+ Experience working in fraud and risk management solutions, in the fintech or payments industry.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ 10 years of experience as a technical program manager.
