Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage the technical function throughout the project lifecycle, from design development through construction and handover.
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist theming drawings and technical submissions.
- Manage the preparation and review of shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and engineering proposals.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, specialist subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve technical and constructability issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and contractual requirements.
- Support construction teams by providing technical guidance during execution.
- Review and assess value engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions.
- Coordinate technical activities with Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, and Construction functions.
