Position Overview
Key Accountabilities - Keep guest-facing and back-of-house technical systems safe, available, compliant and maintained to agreed standards.
- Lead PPM, statutory inspections, defect management and asset lifecycle planning.
- Plan and evidence compliance with relevant Singapore licensing, SCDF fire-safety, EMA/LEW and landlord/building requirements.
- Drive a proactive safety culture across technical work, contractors, projects and daily operations.
- Support new displays, seasonal features, events, refurbishments and capex projects with strong planning, risk control, cost discipline and handover.
- Develop team capability, coverage, training and safe working practices.
Safety, Compliance and Risk Management - Maintain compliance with Merlin Health, Safety & Security policies, site procedures and local requirements.
