Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural and technical aspects of construction projects
• Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings and material submissions
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors and site teams
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations and quality standards
• Resolve technical and design-related issues during project execution
• Monitor project progress and provide technical support to site teams
• Manage design changes, RFIs and technical documentation
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction projects within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials and construction methodologies
• Experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory
