The Opportunity

The Technical Leader, Enforcement leads the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of operational practices that support effective investigation, audit and enforcement activities, in alignment with the organizational and enforcement strategy. Provides day‑to‑day supervision, technical direction, and coaching to the enforcement team, with a focus on case management and strategic initiatives. Provides key advisory support to Provincial Safety Manager, Enforcement.

Status: Regular, Full‑Time, Excluded

Pay Grade: 19 ($98,500 - $147,800 annual base salary)
Location: Various Lower Mainland Locations (Hybrid work environment)
Reports to: Safety Manager, Compliance and Enforcement
