Role Overview

WM Reply is seeking a Technical Lead to spearhead solutions in our Financial Services Industry (FSI) Business Unit. This senior role blends deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot Agents, the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership in solution architecture, mentor development teams, and engage with clients at an executive level to ensure successful delivery of modern workplace solutions. This hybrid-based role is located either in London or Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot Agents and Power Platform, ensuring scalable and secure architectures
• Define and maintain technical standards across development, promoting best practices in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
• Oversee development activities, providing technical leadership and conducting code reviews
