Overview

Fulfillment of new merchant facilities within the ADVAM gateway including the setup, configuration, testing, piloting and deployment of terminal hardware and software. Warranty repair, replacement, tracking, inventory management & technical support of hardware & software. Onsite support, upgrades & investigations. System analysis & generation of reports. Problem solving and troubleshooting of both industry standard and bespoke software operating platforms and payment terminal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling and configuration of P2PE Payment Terminals as required for project delivery and support.
• Remote Key Injection of P2PE Payment Terminals.
• Contributing to the management and maintenance of the P2PE Device Register.
• Work with Project Implementation, Product Specialist and Development Teams to ensure delivery of customer projects.
