Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary + commission.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our growing Canadian Federal Government portfolio. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and Account Teams to deliver high-quality talent aligned with federal client requirements. The ideal candidate would be located in Ottawa .

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who understands (or is eager to learn) the nuances of federal staffing , including security clearances, procurement frameworks, and RFP-driven hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates with Canadian federal government experience , including active or recent Security Clearances (Reliability, Secret, Top Secret) ...
