About the Role

As Technical Designer, you will execute technical product specifications for multiple complex programs within Kohl’s Proprietary Brands.

What You’ll Do
+ Develop accurate technical specifications aligning with Kohl’s brand ID, minimum construction standards, tolerances and grading requirements
+ Collaborate with Product Integrity to ensure products meet performance testing protocols and requirements
+ Conduct benchmarking and remain current on market trends and competition, providing recommendations based on insights
+ Apply industry knowledge to resolve fit and production issues, fostering supplier and peer relationships
+ Demonstrate proficiency in grading and consistency management, aligning with Technical Design Leadership and suppliers to implement changes
+ Prepare for the Seasonal Sample Fit Benchmark by reviewing samples and presenting hypotheses for product improvements
