Qualifications

• Facilitate & coordinate agile release train activities and ceremonies
• Lead program increment planning events and ensure successful execution
• Drive alignment across multiple agile teams and stakeholders
• Support ART synchronisation through Scrum of Scrum
• Experience with cloud deployment for data and analytics solutions
• Good understanding of Enterprise Data Platforms
• Monitor ART progress, risks and dependencies
• Promote lean‑agile principles and continuous improvements
• Good stakeholder mentorship skills, including working with senior‑level stakeholders
