The Position
We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Engineer II who is passionate about helping
customers, solving problems, and improving user experiences. You’ll be the first point of contact
for our customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our
products and services.

● Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
Required Skills:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent comprehension skills.
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
● 4+ years in a Technical support role in SaaS enterprise products.
● Strong Experience with SQL for querying databases.
● Strong Experience in REST APIs, Postman, Kibana, Grafana.
● Strong collaboration skills with cross functional teams.
