As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you are a central part of our technical team in D/CH/AT. You support our customers in the agricultural environment, ensure smooth operations in the field, and contribute significantly to the success of our technology.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Technical field service and direct customer support
- Maintenance, calibration, repair, and inspection of the LaserWeeder™
- Training of operators for safe and effective use of our products
- Diagnosis and resolution of technical problems (electrical and mechanical)
- Close collaboration with our teams in Germany, Europe, and the USA
- Support for product testing, demos, and implementations
- Ability to communicate proficiently both written and verbally in English
- Capable of lifting equipment and providing physical mechanical support as is needed
