Job Title: Technical Coordinator – BIM / High-End Fit-Out

Job Summary :-

We are looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator with strong BIM knowledge and contractor-side experience in high-end fit-out projects. The candidate should be capable of coordinating design, BIM models, shop drawings, site requirements, subcontractors, MEP interfaces and consultant/client comments to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Coordinate technical design and BIM requirements for high-end interior fit-out projects.
• Review and coordinate ID, architectural, MEP, structural and joinery drawings.
• Carry out BIM coordination using Revit and Navisworks, including clash detection and issue resolution.
• Coordinate RCP layouts, ceiling services, lighting, sprinklers, HVAC, access panels and other MEP interfaces.
• Review and manage shop drawings, coordination drawings, material submittals...
