We’re looking for a senior, commercially-minded Technical Chief Estimator to take full ownership of our client’s estimating function — while also leading marketing and business development - Johannesburg

Purpose

To take full ownership of estimating end-to-end, combined with the marketing and business development function as a single senior mandate. This includes producing and pricing the quote book, setting and defending margin discipline, owning relationships and the pipeline that generates work, and acting as the product owner of a structured estimating tool and rate library.
