•Technical Architect – Backend & Integration

As a Technical Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving complex, business critical systems within Hilti’s global digital landscape. You will work hands on with engineering teams to design, guide, and govern modern backend architectures built on Java, Spring Boot, and AWS, while leveraging modern engineering tools, including AI assisted development, to improve design quality, delivery speed, and technical decision making.
This is a senior individual contributor role with strong architectural ownership, where you’ll balance strategic thinking with practical execution, influencing how teams build, integrate, and operate distributed systems at scale.
