Join a large and stable short term insurance company and utilize your accounting and IFRS 17 experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement IFRS 17
• Prepare and process commission and broker reports
• Reconcile both Premium and claims bank accounts
• Attend to insurer and broker queries
• Assist and prepare Month end reports
• Assist the team with other Ad-hoc duties
• Assist with Claims payments from time to time

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Degree
• SAICA / SAIPA preferred
• Experience on IFRS 17 Essential (Not negotiable)
• Insurance technical accounting experience
• Ability to process premium collection, refund payments, returned debits and allocate deposits received
• FAC experience will be an added advantage
• SAP experience will be an added advantage
