Position Overview
What You Will Do
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for strategic and major clients for all technical coordination and 2nd level support, issue resolution, and rollout of development requestsSupport clients in enhancing existing servicesTrusted consultant and advisor for customers and be the go-to-person for all financial data content questionsCoordinate and track usage metrics, development requests, and ensure timely communication between internal teams and clientsCoordinate sub-contractors/partnersSupport upgrades and migrations What You Bring
Technical background with solid understanding of IT systems, data structures, interfaces and/or integration processes, ideally within banking or investment platformsMin. 3 years’ experience in technical account management or technical project management, preferably in the financial services industry
