•Install and commissioning of various types of food packaging machine for clients

•Provide packaging trial -runs for food sealing machine

•Perform on-site or in-house servicing, maintenance and repair of clients’ machine when malfunctioning occurs and replace faulty components

•Renew servicing contracts with clients and service their machine

•Keeping track of clients’ machine maintenance record, as well as records of the annual and quarterly servicing contracts and information pertaining to machine breakdowns and diagnosis
