Role Description:

Own the end-to-end architecture and technical direction of the project, ensuring HIPAA-compliant design and delivery. This role is the cornerstone of the MVP and Scale phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and document the overall solution architecture across Azure, Power Platform, Teams, Fabric, and Snowflake.

Make critical technical decisions on APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.

Lead technical delivery planning, ensuring milestones are met.

Establish coding standards, quality benchmarks, and best practices.

Collaborate with internal SMEs and external developers to align architecture with business goals.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and PHI handling requirements.

Provide technical mentorship to supporting developers and engineers.
