What success looks like in this role:
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and organize documents for processing in accordance with established procedures.Perform full-line encoding and document processing using the QDS machine.Execute Image Workstation activities including amount entry, data correction, payee validation, and transaction narrative updates.Assist with logging and tracking incoming courier items.Verify payee names against account names within values and thresholds established by management.Prepare and dispatch outgoing work and materials to BNM and clients.Complete end-of-day/night reconciliation accurately and within timelines.Adhere strictly to operational controls, customer-specific procedures, and audit requirements.Meet defined throughput benchmarks for work preparation, data correction, and amount entry.Key Qualifications
