About the Role
‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for new Team Members for the Team Member Plus role. The role involves working across multiple resort departments to support guests and deliver a fantastic experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Work Monday and Friday cleaning guest accommodation.
- Work in other areas throughout the week (sports & activities, restaurant & quick-serve food, bars & shops, fairground, buffets).
- Shift into more than one area as needed.
- Interact and chat with guests, building hospitality skills.
Qualifications
- FA Level 1 football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH personal license qualifications.
- No previous experience required – we provide comprehensive 90‑day induction and ongoing support.
- Must be 18 or over.
