Team Manager of Clinical Operations

Join TELUS Health in creating a healthier future. Our Care Centre is seeking a Team Manager of Clinical Operations to coach, recognize, and mentor 16‑20 team members while continuing as a Medical Imaging Technologist and delivering exceptional care and customer service for our patients.

What you’ll do in this role

• Build, lead, and manage a diverse Medical Imaging Technologist team, including recruitment, onboarding, talent decisions, performance management, resource management and career progression.
• Guide collaborative efforts between teams with a strong focus on standardizing and documenting processes.
• Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Safeguard and sustain the organization’s mission, vision, goals and values.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients, staff, suppliers and other healthcare providers in the community.
