Position Overview
Responsibilities - a) Overall in-charge and responsible to oversee and manage all aspects of ship chartering activities (Pre and Post Fixture) to ensure optimum and efficient employment of managed and operated ships.
- b) Minimize ships’ idle time through efficient planning and close monitoring of vessel’s positioning, movement and cargo loading or discharging processes.
- c) Develop business activities, build and maintain excellent client relationships with ship principals/clients/owners/brokers/agents, etc.
- d) Monitor market conditions and rates for the industry and report on major contracts and outcomes of tender awards.
- e) Oversee claim and demurrage status
- f) Ensure that all turnkey projects are effectively carried out and sufficiently resourced.
