Team Leader Sales and Project Support - Customer Service
Responsibilities
Oversee day‐to‐day operations of the Sales & Project Support team and support individual team members through one‐to‐one guidance.
Allocate tasks and manage workload across the team, ensuring balanced distribution.
Ensure deadlines and performance targets are met.
Handle escalations and complex issues, supporting team members in resolution.
Monitor and report outstanding observations related to turnover and forecast.
Supervise order processing, shipping, and returns with Sales, Logistics, Finance & Invoicing.
Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers throughout the product lifecycle.
Approve complex configurations and verify data accuracy across lifecycle phases.
Coordinate shipping, resolve delivery or product conformity issues.
Manage stock reassignment and returned/reworked items.
Oversee pricing and ensure cost accuracy.
