Job Responsibility
Lead and guide Retail Operations team for West MalaysiaManage and monitor daily operations of Retail operations for West Malaysia. Lead problem-solving activities. Be the go-to person for Retail operations in West Malaysia.Make decisions and execute plans based on performance data to improve operational efficiency such as turnaround time, quality or cost efficiency based on the operational standards.Measure the effectiveness of all operational approaches and initiatives by placing performance measures to continually monitor the operational performance processes.Execute the formulation of improved approaches and strategies that facilitate the achievement of operations targets.Collaborate with other departments (eg.
