Position Overview
- To drive & achieve KPI performance of all team members
- Assist in project recruitment
- Monitor and track daily activities of all team members by region
- Call of Achievement (Attendance)
- Daily schedule adjustment (For Ad-hoc distributor stock in arrangement and absentee)
- Field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team members
- Help to cover for the outlet execution (Vacant headcount and absentee)
- To support for Ad-hoc activation campaign
- Assist in on-boarding field training to new members
- Conduct ‘one to one’ coaching and mentoring with team members (If necessary)
