**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree (3rd semester)
- **English level C1-C2 (Interview is in English)**:
- Advanced Excel
- 2 recent and verifiable years as a Collections Team Leader with more than 30 days past due.
- Experience in collections (leading teams and managing accounts) of financial products (Short-term credit collections (Fintech), TDC, Short-term Microloans).
- Use of predictive dialer
- Use of CRM
- Training and feedback to teams (approx. 15 people)
- Automated collection tools
- Collections related KPI reports
- Collections scripts
- Knowledge of customer collections
