A team player will support the trust company in onboarding new business and administration of trust mandates, supervising a team of Trust Support Service specialists.

• Assist with the preparation of documentation required for trust onboarding and trust administration, including product‑related matters such as implementation and design of trust products, consideration of regulatory, risk and business (financial/operational/tax) issues, and advisement on product‑related queries.
• Handle trust administration processes: distribution/ revocation requests, bank account openings and updates, bank account signatory updates.
• Process insurance transfers, purchases, surrendering and related tasks.
• Process credit facility, guarantee and third‑party memorandum of charge documents.
• Review and approve trust‑related documentation and checklists.
