We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Fundraising Team Lead to coach, supervise and lead a team of fundraisers in door-to-door and face-to-face fundraising activities within the humanitarian/charity sector. This is a full-time leadership role that offers a chance to make a significant impact while developing your leadership and fundraising skills.

Please note you must already live in Finland in the Uusimaa area. No relocation services provided.

Location

In different areas all around Uusimaa (Office is located in Helsinki).

Hours

Full-time role, 37.5h work week. Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week (shifts during Mon‑Sat, but mainly Mon‑Fri). The work is mostly carried out during afternoon and evenings at 12‑20 (12‑8PM).
