Job Summary

Reporting to the S&OP; Manager, the Team lead - Production planning ORV is responsible for ensuring optimal alignment between production plans, manufacturing capacities, market demand and organizational financial objectives. In this role, the Team leader plays a key function in the S&OP; process by ensuring the consistency and robustness of the plans. He/She also oversees the optimization and the maintenance of global inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

• S&OP; cycle: Mobilize and develop the ORV analyst team, driving engagement, performance and collaboration
• Oversee the development of production plans, ensuring their operational feasibility and alignment with sales forecasts, capacities and financial objectives
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, R&D; and logistic teams, as well as internal and external partners, to influence decision-making in a complex matrix environment
