Position Overview

  • Develop, innovate, execute and communicate sales plans and activities.
  • Acquire new leads (e.g. by attending corporate talks, by networking with agents, lawyers and developers).
  • Assign sales leads and referrals (if any) to the sales team and ensure prompt action is taken.
  • Review sales target for Private Wealth team with Head of Private Wealth Sales.
  • Allocate and communicate targets to Private Wealth team.
  • Motivate and coach Private Wealth team.
  • Monitor the team’s performance and explore opportunities to improve performance.
  • Ensure the Private Wealth team is aware of the latest product information and sales techniques.
