1. Minimum 1 year of International BPO Experience.
2. The designation of Team Leader should be on paper.
3. LOB experience: voice or blended
4. Comfortable with 24x7 shifts.
5. Excellent Communication skills.
6. Budget 7 lacs or hike 15 %- 20% whichever is lower
7. Immediate joiner who can join us in a week
