Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team performance, focusing on productivity, quality, and attendance
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to workflows and client satisfaction
• Identify and address performance gaps and provide coaching for continuous improvement
• Set clear objectives and drive team goals
• Collaborate with management to solve issues and remove roadblocks
• Ensure SOPs are followed and operational goals are met
• Coach and mentor team members to reach their career goals

Minimum Skills

1. 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management/Medical Billing/Coding
2. Minimum 2 yrs experience as a TL in an international BPO
3. College Graduate
