Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Team Lead.

The rate for this position is $23.77 per hour. The core hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm, and Friday from 7:00 am until 11:00 am.

**This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.**

The Team Lead partners closely with the Supervisor to drive results across key performance metrics, including safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity.
