Team Lead, Electrodes Manufacturing (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Independent leadership and technical management of the team
- Ensuring the achievement of targets (quality and quantity)
- Collaboration in the optimization of production processes
- Responsibility for the flow of information within and outside the team
- Supporting to shape the future direction of the division
Your Profile
- Completed technical education (HTL, technical college or similar), professional experience in a manufacturing company and experience in employee management an advantage
- Fine motor skills
- Experience in the organization and design of production areas
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Very high quality standards, a high sense of responsibility and a goal- and solution-oriented way of working
- Communicative, open-minded, independent and team-oriented personality
