Job Description
- Oversee End-to-End Production: Manage the full creative production process, from pre-production planning through filming and post-production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Lead and Inspire the Creative Team: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of producers, editors, and other creatives, fostering collaboration and professional growth
- Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with copywriting, marketing, and brand teams to translate creative concepts into executable production plans and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle
