Job Description
- Game Theory & Advanced Negotiation: As Advantage Master Black Belt you take over the professional application of game theory in competitive purchasing negotiations and promote game theory within the Bosch group. You aim for increase of competition and advantage share to achieve overall Best-MAT-cost – bot for serial and new business.
- Bilateral negotiation and conflict resolution (BIC): You lead the cross-functional NEGO-Point-Leader team and directly support bilateral negotiations by building negotiation capabilities and applying state-of-the-art methods in real negotiation cases.
- Agility & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Being experienced in agile working methods, you support and contribute in worldwide agile teams in achieving their targets. You act as a role model for agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
