Purpose of Role To build up AI capabilities within Marine, such that Marine has its own team to perform and lead AI related projects, collaborate with other group functions pertaining to AI related developments.
To collaborate with other verticals pertaining to Marine's Transformation, such as Digitalization, Yard Transformation, Continuous Improvement and Technology & Innovation.
Key Responsibilities - Team Management: To lead, manage and oversee a team of AI Engineers. Guiding them on technical knowledge, project management and execution, problem solving and establishing communications between internal and external stakeholders.
