Team Lead
Shift: 1st, (6am-4pm)
Pay: $28-$34/hr (Based on Experience)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to oversee our Pipe Bending Department on 1st shift. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong CNC tube bending experience who enjoys leading a team while remaining actively involved in production.
Job Description:
Set and execute daily production plans, assigning personnel to meet scheduling demands
Lead, coach, and cross-train team members using training matrices and headcount requirements
Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives; maintain daily department metrics
