Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement sales strategies and specific action plans for the team to hit sales targets.
- Ensure that the team generates adequate loan turn-ins, approvals and bookings.
- Closely monitor team sales performance against set targets through sales meetings and other sales activity tools.
- Formulate appropriate training and recognition mechanisms.
- Recommend and monitor programs that can improve service and credit quality, cost efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to bank and external institutions’ regulatory, audit and operating procedures and requirements.
- Provide the Sales Unit Head and the Business Head with information and recommendations on market, market segments, territories, products and other market and customer information.
