This role is jointly recruited by Volition and Leeds Older People’s Forum (LOPF). The successful candidate will work closely with teams from both organisations and will be based together in the office environment which our two organisations share.

This role contributes to the shared work of the co‑located team, supporting programmes, staff and partners across the Volition and LOPF networks and projects. This role will be employed by Volition.

Salary: Starting at Scale 4 SCP 9 £27,254

Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)

Pension: 6% Company scheme

Contract: Fixed Term until April 2027 (view to extend subject to funding)

• Act as one of the first points of contact for both Volition and LOPF, responding to telephone, email and general enquiries, handling messages, and ensuring excellent customer service.
