Responsibilities

• Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to students specifically tailored to their individual needs
• Assisting students in developing positive study habits and a love of learning
• Implementing effective assessment techniques to track student progress
• Developing appropriate lesson plans on an ongoing basis that incorporate diverse teaching methodologies such as lectures, discussions, technology-based learning, etc.
• Working collaboratively with other teachers and staff members to ensure student success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' teaching experience
• Proven ability to work with students of all ages and backgrounds
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
