Aldar Education is seeking Homeroom Teachers to support our owned and operated schools in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed and achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum support staff, parents and external professionals.
• Plan and present engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements and cater to the whole ability range within the class.
• Observe and assess pupils, provide feedback to parents/ carers, and use assessment data to inform planning.
• Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policy, setting high expectations and modelling positive attitudes.
• Participate in curriculum action group, special events, and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and carers using systems such as CPOMS.
