Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Levels 1 & 2 in Brickwork (Level 3 desirable).
• Support, assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and guidance.
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement processes.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and participate in staff training.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Level 2 qualification in Brickwork (ideally Level 3) or equivalent.
• Relevant industry experience and up‑to‑date knowledge of current practices and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
